Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced milk chocolate to be used for ganache. Thank you.

Any of the supermarket budget chocolates would be fine. I‘ve used both Aldi and Lidle budget bars with good results for taste. The Sainsbury and Asda own brands are very good too.

If you don’t want to use couverture, any chocolate which you enjoy eating will be suitable. I recommend using 3:1 ratio chocolate to double cream for milk chocolate especially in warmer weather.
