Cake fillings and crumb coat
Hi enquiring if ny of you fill your cakes with buttercream then use ganache as crumb coating , making wedding cake unsure what to do Making vanilla , lemon , choc and bisque any suggestions welcome thanx

Lots of people prefer to fill with buttercream and crumbcoat with ganache. Try not to over fill the cake layers to prevent any bulging. For flavour inspirations, take a peek at the Sugar and Crumb range of icing sugars:
