Chocolate Fudge Buttercream

Hi, I’ve been asked to use chocolate fudge buttercream for a cake I’ve got coming up. I wondered if anyone could advise me on this? Can I melt down some fudge and chocolate? Does fudge actually melt? 🙂 Thank you x
