I sent Black Noir an email and have some info….

The Baubles that we make for Paul come in four sizes and have an iridescent mother of pearl finish.

The cost and size of the baubles are;

40mm BAUBLES WITH NO LOOP £0.66 each
50mm BAUBLES WITH NO LOOP £1.09 each
60mm BAUBLES WITH NO LOOP £1.52 each
70mm BAUBLES WITH NO LOOP £1.95 each

There is no minimum order.

Hi Debbie

The information is in the tutorial itself. Click on the tutorial, scroll down to background information and click on the video where Paul gives all the suppliers for each of the items used. The baubles are manufactured by Black Noir of West Lothian.

It’s such a beautiful cake,

I have gone on to that website but the baubles are not listed. Also Paul does not mention what size baubles he uses as some are large and some small.

Hi Caroline47

I think you would have to contact Black Noir for their catalogue, they have a contact name posted on the site. There are lots of sites which sell clear Christmas baubles but I shouldn’t imagine that they would be of artisan quality.

I have emailed but he does not reply, I am also having problems sourcing the glass baubles ( New Zealand)

Hi sjsellwood

They might be busy for Christmas and just haven’t picked up all correspondence, it’s definitely worth emailing them again. I don’t know where you are based in NZD, you could try Lincraft. I believe they carry clear Christmas baubles in packs of four, you may be lucky if not sold out. Also try Amazon and ebay for your country or google ‘clear glass Christmas baubles’.
Hope this helps.
