When using Mrs Jones deep vanilla sponge cake can you put the Mix into one tin instead of dividing them into 2 , I don’t have 2 10” cake tins !

It would be better if you bake it in two halves. Divide the ingredients into half and bake as two separate cakes. Make up half the mixture, let it bake then do the second part. Baking the whole mix at once will take a long time on a low heat and maybe give problems with the centre not cooking through.
