What make of red colour sugarpaste is used to make the formula 1 cake in order to ensure it matches the red squires flower paste. I would like to make one but want to make sure the two colours match. Thank you

Paul mixed the red himself with left over bits and pieces so he hasn’t stated the shade.
He usually uses Renshaw’s Christmas red. I think the best thing to do is phone Squire’s kitchen and ask them which one of their red shades comes closest to the Renshaw’s. Alternatively you could buy Squire’s kitchen reds to match.
