Paul’s moist Vanilla Cake?
Hi,
Has Paul had the opportunity to make the above moist Vanilla Cake which is the equivalent to his moist Chocolate Cake, yet? I love the Chocolate Cake but still have not found a recipe for Vanilla Cake that matches his Chocolate Cake?

The equivalent to Paul’s moist chocolate cake is probably his long awaited white chocolate mud cake. The recipe can be found in the ingredients tab by scrolling down under the video tutorial:

From the ingredients used, the recipe looks robust enough for carving. I would recommend carving from either partially frozen or chilled.
Before embarking on a clients project, it would be sensible to make a trial cake to get a feel for the texture and density of the baked caked.
