Storing Italian macarons

What’s the best way to store unfilled Italian macarons?

Hi Sam

Macarons should be stored in an airtight container if refrigerating or freezing. If they are going to be consumed within a few days they will be fine covered in a cardboard box. They can be frozen for up to three months. Bring to room temperature before filling.
