Sadly Chef Nicholas Lodge suddenly passed away in 2022. He was a lovely person and just loved to share his knowledge and experience. His art lives on which is a lasting testament to a great man.
Chef Nicholas Lodge is a pastry chef, master cake artist, author and instructor. He is the co-owner of the Atlanta-based International Sugar Art Collection, a retail gallery and school teaching all levels of cake decorating and sugar arts. He is best known for creating botanically correct gum paste flowers.
