Hi, does any1 know of a recipe that is small enough just to make 1 cupcake or 1 muffin. I have a recipe that does 5 cupcakes but needed something small as there would be lots of waste. Any ideas would be very helpful :-))) thanks

Just google in ‘how to make 1 cupcake’, or how to make a single cupcake & choose your recipe and frosting idea. x
You could divide the recipe, use some liquid egg from supermarket, or make a batch of 5 and freeze 4 of them – they will keep for a few months in the freezer. If it for display, or not to be eaten, try Dummies Direct for a fake one, or make one from a piece of car washing sponge and shape it to fit in a paper case.
