Thank you so much for your assistance with this – it is the cenversion part that i am really struggling with for the ingredients, as i don’t want an expensive mistake! I will look at the CakeOmeter again as this was not working when i tried to look at this

If you have a calculator just multiply all the ingredients by 3.1 as in the ready reckoner. If you’re still struggling with it please post again and I’ll convert it for you.

Just coming back to this – i used the converter as per above and all worked out fine…now i just have to find a suitable place to store it safely for the next few months!
