hi is tiering a 5 tier wedding cake done in the exact same way as a 3 tier I usually use a 3mm disk in between stacking should I use a thicker ones or even drums for each tier also is 5 dowels each tier enough

Paul uses 9 dowel method for stacking. If you’re not quite sure of how to dowel, look at the stacking tutorial here

The 3mm cards in between each tier is normal size. Hope this helps.
