Hello all, just wondering if anyone uses an anti fatigue mat? I’m going to buy one as I always work standing up but there’s a lot of different versions and not sure which kind to get!

There are some buying tips here http://housewares.about.com/od/kitchenwareaccessories/bb/antifatiguemats.htm I don’t have an anti fatigue mat but I do wear hospital prescribed insoles made from similar substance which does help to a certain degree.
