Antique Pot Cake

HI ,

My question is , if I want to make an antique pot cake with 6 inches cake and not 8 inches, do i still have to use 3 cakes or will it look very tall . Also what will be the size of rose cutter that i should buy for this small pot

Thanks

Hello Neha

Yes you’ll still need to bake off the same amount of cakes to achieve the height. Reduce everything down in proportion to include all your cake cards, boards and petal cutters. PME make sets of round five petal cutters like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/PME-Petal-Cutter-Set-4pc/dp/B000VJXMEG
These will give you a choice of sizes to make flowers to fit your pot.

Hope this helps.
