What is the best filling for the moist chocolate cake? I intend to cover it with the chocolate ganache 🙂

If you put in the search box ‘chocolate ganache and flavourings’, also ‘chocolate ganache and Flavours’ and this weeks blog http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-make-chocolate-mud-cake will all give you some ideas for fillings. I used the chocolate orange cocoa from Sugar and Crumbs which really is delicious, they have many other flavours too if you want quick ideas.

I used a good quality blackcurrant jam and a layer of the ganache. Very rich but delicious.
