Hi can anybody recommend a fruit cake recipe for a 10″ round christening cake please

The recipe can be scaled up here http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-work-out-what-size-cake-tin-to-use You can use either the ready reckoner or the cakeometre, both are easy tools to use.
