I’m just wondering how come I can’t watch the online course since I paid the whole year?
Please help.

I know this will sound a bit daft but make sure you are signed in. If you’re not signed in to the site you won’t be able to watch the videos. If that is not the case, help and advice can be found in the support section here:

Scroll down to technical support and click on ‘what do I do if I can’t get the video to play’
There are several suggestions there to try,. If non of them are applicable to you, there is an email contact address where you can ask for support. Please do logout first and sign back in, it could be just that simple.
