Hi Sandra, have a look on the web for Kathy Moore’s fairy castle cake (I think it’s on culpitt’s site). You can download a PDF with full instructions. I made this for my daughter’s birthday last year and it was the first cake I ever made! I didnt do the floating in the clouds bit but it was still stunning. I started making the towers about two weeks before. It was time consuming and a bit fiddly for a beginner but so worth it for my daughter’s reaction!
