chloe handbag

hi i want to make the chloe handbag, with other lessons you give the ingredients required but not with this one. my question is, is the chocolate cake recipe the right quantities for the 10″ square tin.

The quantities have not changed since publication of the recipe so they’re correct. If you want to check them against 8″ square recipe put in the search box ‘Choc Recipe’, scroll down the page and click on 5 where you’ll see the appropriate search. I’ve also posted quantities for 10 x 8 tin search ‘Paul’s moist chocolate cake’ My feed back, click on 3 at the bottom of that page. I’ve baked both conversions. There is lots of advice from other members if you click on the feed back in the popular questions section on the right hand side of this page.
Placing a couple of metal flower nails in the batter can help distribute the heat more evenly in larger tins. Keep the lining paper at least 2 inches or more above the rim of the tin to ensure the sides don’t burn before the centre of the cake has a chance to set up. If you browse through the comments there is lots of help and advice available. Hope this helps.
