Hi,

Can anyone suggest a good firm chocolate cake for decorating children’s cakes? I love the Jane Hornby recipe but find it a bit rich for children.

How about using Paul’s chocolate cake recipe? Instead of using dark chocolate you could substitute with milk chocolate and fill with his chocolate butter cream. I love Jane’s recipe too and agree it is very rich for children.
