Hi bindubnair

I would try just using a little amount of cocoform. See if it works. I haven’t done this myself but if no-one comes up with a definite yes try emailing or phoning

http://www.squires-shop.com/ibf/index.php?c=customercare&page_id=contact

they sell coco form paste and are usually helpful

Hi bindubnair

You could also use half gumpaste and half modelling chocolate to make your flowers. I find making modelling chocolate ornaments harden much more when made well in advance and kept in the fridge stored in a box. As you need them for immediate use it may be worth experimenting as suggested by Jayess. I often find spraying with a lustre spray or glaze can act as a hardener. I can’t see anything setting chocolate solid in extreme heat, it may be you will have to consider another medium in which to make your flowers. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
