Can anyone tell me the best place to buy cocoform as used in Paul’s Belgian chocolate wrap cake. I need around 4 kg?

There is a list of suppliers in the free/beginners section, but you can use any online cake decorating supplier. I use Squires Kitchen, The Cake Decorating Company, Nottingham, Windsor cakes and Surbiton Sugar Arts. The price of coco form doesn’t vary that much, it’s still best to shop around as it is quite expensive. Hope this helps.
