Can we add cocoa powder to have the cupcakes chocolate flavor?

Replace 40g of the self raising flour with cocoa powder to get chocolate cupcakes.

Related to this same question, are these the cupcakes Paul uses for the demos? I noticed there was one in which he added Baileys inside the cupcake, are these them or is it a different recipe?

I don’t think they are, the ones Paul uses look more dense. Paul often speaks of the bakery which supply the tutorial cakes so it may be they’re from the same place.
