The Angel wedding cake looks absolutely beautiful but how on earth do you go about cutting  it

Hi, I think it would be the same way as the chocolate wrap.  Remove all the outer decoration first then using a knife  push it into the cake – I start from the top – at about maybe every half inch or so and you should be able to feel the cake card or drum of the tier.  Once you find this you can then use a large bladed knife or spatula to cut and ease the tier off.  Hope this helps.
