Can anyone please help i need a good gluten soya egg and dairy free cake recipe. And if anyone know of a substitute i could use fro cream too. have used packets mixes and they are awful to say the least!

perhaps this is something Paul could feature there are a lot of people out there with these intolerance’s?
Any help would really be appreciated thanks

Developing these special recipes is a complex process. Food scientists experiment with combinations of different flours, gums, egg substitutes ( of which there are many), leaveners, oils and other ingredients to achieve acceptable results. These can take months or even years of testing to perfect and require substantial funding.
