Search here http://www.cakeflix.com/questions/eggless-cake for information on this site, you will see a member recipe which uses coco powder, if you don’t want to use it just substitute it with the same amount of flour. I should think you can use regular sugar. Here http://www.onlyeggless.com/ you’ll find eggless cake mixes, they have a telephone contact number and you can see them on youtube too.
