Hi , I am having problems with my fondant not drying properly after 24 hours. I think it’s due to the atmosphere in my house iin this cold weather. Is there any way of drying the cakes quickly as I need to assemble my cake this afternoon! Any help appreciated. thanks

I often run an electric fan close to the cakes. If it’s particularly cold, wack the heating up which will help dry off some of the moisture in the icing. Perhaps try that. Unfortunately the weather does affect the icing.
