Freezing a cake filled and coated with buttercream/ganache

I have watched Paul use buttercream with ganache added to it, and I would like to know if this can be frozen in the same way as if it were filled and covered with ganache only, and then covered with sugarpaste.

Hi Nicky223

The short anaswer is yes it can. The ganache which is added to the buttercream is only there to give it a little more structure and should be treated just as you would any buttercream covered cake. Allow cake to come to room temperature, making sure all the dew has dispersed from the surface of the buttercream and should be tacky before icing.
