Paul, when you transfer your 2 heart cakes onto large red board, are the heart shaped cards you cut out underneath the cakes still or are the cakes directly onto the red sugar pasted board/drum?

The cut out cards are still attached to the cake when they are transferred to the red board. This is mentioned in the first ganache lesson while Paul is cutting out the template. Hope this helps.
