Hi Melissashagoury

The decorating ingredients used on this site are no different to those used in other countries. Hot, humid conditions will always present the melting problems you have been experiencing. If you google ‘How to decorate cakes in hot, humid climates’, there is a lot of information to assist decorators who, like yourself have climatic problems. There are many overseas members here successfully enjoying what this site has to offer, all the members are here to help with baking and decorating questions. You will be able to draw useful information from those members experiencing similar problems to yourself.
