I’m not quite sure which lessons you mean. If you go to the online course bar and click, a drop down menu will appear and the baking section can be selected, if you scroll down it take you to the vanilla Victoria sandwich cake baking lesson. If want to view cupcake baking go to the menu and click on cupcakes. This will take you to various styles of cupcake + Mrs Jones’ CC baking lesson. I hope I have understood your question correctly, if not, please can you say whether it is a new email from this site and which box are you clicking on.
