I’m not sure whether you want to make a whole cake to look like headphones or a topper. I’ve searched for some tutorials and haven’t been able to find any except for this one http://ideas.coolest-birthday-cakes.com/2013/03/14/headphone-birthday-cake-elad/ There are some images in google like this http://www.cakeswebake.com/photo/photo/listTagged?tag=headphones and this http://cakecentral.com/t/745484/headphone-help If I was making headphone cake I would use two pudding basins for the ear pods, slightly hollow out the centres and decorate with black fondant. To make the creases in the pods use a veining tool or cel stick and mark small lines. I think the head bracket could be made with rice krispie treats and attached with royal icing. Alternatively it could be made from fondant/gum paste but you’d have to push 20 gauge wire through it to shape. I’m not very good at giving instructions so I hope some of the images in the links will serve as a guide. Good luck with your cake, sorry can’t help more. x
