I am watching the video of how to make the graduation cake…I am on the 1st lesson and i see that the cakes are already ready… would you please tell me how to make the cake before i go to this net steps?

Paul has his chocolate cake recipe in the free/beginners section but you can make any cake recipe you enjoy as long as it is a sturdy recipe.
The lessons are more about how to carve and decorate book shaped cakes rather than which recipes to use.
