I have problem

You haven’t said what the problem is and which videos are causing a problem. Have you tried viewing in another browser? Firefox and Google Crome seem to work best. Sometimes a few problems can be experienced at busy times of day when there are a lot of people on the internet. I get problems with the videos slurring and playing in slow motion at this time of the evening or in the afternoon when schools come out. If non of the things I’ve mentioned is what you’re experiencing email either [email protected] or [email protected]. It would help them sort the problem out quicker if you could let them know the exact nature of the problem. Hope this helps and you’re up and viewing normally. x

I always have problems with the internet in the evenings – but then we don’t have fibre-optic broadband in the countryside – reminds me – must tighten up the string on the baked beans tins!! All joking aside, I find that the broadband speed drops at busy times, and as the videos are in HD then maybe the signal strength is not strong enough. I have ordered a block from BT to attach to my main box and that seems to be helping. So if Andy or Matt cannot help, it may be your provider who is at fault.
