I would like a tutorial on how to madel a women for a 40th birthday cake as I want make a cake with a champagne bottle and glasses with a women at down drinking a glass of champange

maybe the same way Paul made the groom but a woman ??

I adapted the golf scene male model to make a sitting lady model on the edge of the cake which was a flower pot. If you could give more detail how you would like you model to be sitting and what she would be wearing we all may be able to give you better advice. I find trouser wearing models easiest because the legs are the trousers. If you want your model to have legs, the beach scene lady is a good tutorial showing how legs are formed. Perhaps if you post again with some more information other members will be able to help. x

if you use the golf scene to make your model, the glass can be made by rolling a small sausage then use the cone tool to make the cup part in one end, and thin out the other end to make the stem & cut to size. this can be placed in the models hand. if it is your first i would probably have the glass in her hand resting on her knee The base of the glass can be be made by a small circle ( or squashed ball) – place this on her knee then add the rest of the glass to it using a little glue to secure it. hope this helps x
