Hi All
I’ve had a Kenwood kmix for about 3 years now and it’s recently broke down. I had it on constantly so it’s had a lot of use but I was wondering if anyone has ever had their kenwoods repaired as there’s a number to call on the guarantee. If so is it expensive? As I’ve got my own small business I had to go and buy another mixer as can’t do without one. I got a KitchenAid this time but would still like my Kenwood as during busy times I could have them both on the go. Sure my kenwoods out of its guarantee so would likely be looking at a repair cost

I have a Kenwood Titanium which decided to walk off the counter when my hubby was baking our bread. It went all wonky but Kenwood still repaired it free of cost as it was still under warranty. I was surprised they didn’t charge because the machine itself wasn’t faulty. Shame they didn’t pay for my broken floor as well!! Give them a call and see what they say. We found them to be very helpful with collection of the machine and return after repair. What ever they charge it can’t be more than a new Kenwood. It might be worth repairing.
If your warranty expired recently they may even repair free.

I know what you mean about the Kenwood, my hand mixer and my food processor is Kenwood as well.
I hope they can fix your machine. They were very fair, I can’t complain at all about the service. Good Luck. x
