last weeks and this weeks tutorial

Hello, has anyone else had trouble viewing the last two tutorials.It just keeps stopping and starting so i wondered if anyone else has this problem.Im not sure if it could be my internet .many thanks alfie14

It might be your internet, have a go at viewing in another browser. I view in firefox, but I think google crome works well with the videos too. If they still don’t play properly contact [email protected] for a remedy. I’ve played both tutorials and they seem ok here.

After trying at our end there doesn’t appear to be any issues so the issue is more than likely on your end of things.

It may not strictly be your internet connection – other factors can slow the buffering of videos down. For example you might find windows is downloading updates which can hog a connection, or someone else on the network is downloading perhaps?

‘madeitwithlove’ is right to recommend google chrome as it tends to be a bit more reliable in the most part, give that a go and make sure no one else is using your connection.

Hello, Madeitwithlove/Andy Thank you for your advice re.last 2 tutorials.I have now managed to resolve the problem with my internet.And yippee i have seen both tutorials .I was getting withdrawl symptons at not being able to watch my weekly fix of pauls cakes THANK YOU again alfie14X

i sometimes have problems too, when i go to watch a video i right click on the screen and change from auto HD view to SD only as this helps me 🙂
