Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely recipe Michelle, I’ll definitely bake it and let you know how it comes out. Some years ago I found a small tatty Swedish cook book in a second hand shop, I have a feeling there is similar recipe in that book. I’ve never really looked at it, I’ll find it out and compare. x
