hi gays ,
I bake make fruit cake for Christmas one week ago can I cover with marzipan and fondant around 4 December it is that ok till Christmas

If you have baked a rich fruit cake it will lasts for many months so it’s fine to decorate it even now, it will continue to mature under the marzipan and fondant.
