Hello!
If i make a “fake cake”, and covering that to cocoform, how long its stay good in room temperature?

Cocoform will be fine for weeks or months providing the room temperature is ambient approx 21c. Extreme heat from radiators or direct sunlight will damage the cocoform. Just treat and store it like any other chocolate.
