Moist chocolate cake – baileys cream

Has anyone added the baileys cream to the recipe. If so – how much Baileys cream and which ingredient do I reduce?thanks

Hi Swans nest

You don’t have to reduce any ingredients, a table spoon will be fine, it just evaporates in the baking but leaves a nice flavour. I glugg mine in!

Hi, I usually just carefully pour some baileys over the cooked chocolate cake before i sandwich together.
