HI

Paul’s chocolate cake recipe is for 10” round and 6” round cake combined , however I have to make 10” round cake only, can anyone suggest how much reduction is required in the recipe

If you search ‘choc recipe’ then scroll down the page and click on 3, I’ve posted the ingredients for an 8″ square or 9″ round. The amounts there can be scaled up using the ready reckoner in the blog http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-work-out-what-size-cake-tin-to-use, if you can’t use the RR, you have the option of using the CakeoMetre from the link provided.
