Hello
I want to bake Mrs Jones’ Vanilla cupcackes for my husband’s birthday but I don’t have the time to bake and decorate on the same day. Can they be stored in the freezer for a few days before being decorated??? Has anyone done this??? Thank you!

If you put ‘freezing cupcakes’ in the search box you’ll find some answers which may be of help. What you could also do is make a small batch up and freeze as an experiment. Just make sure that they are completely cold, slightest bit of heat and they go sticky. Defrost them on wire cooling racks and out of any packaging so moisture doesn’t build up inside which will make them soggy and dense. G’d luck with them.
