My annual membership is not active – yet I paid in mid April

I desperately need to access one of your courses yet it seems I don’t have membership. My payment went through PayPal on 14th April. Please may you look into this as a matter of urgency – I need to complete this cake tomorrow morning!!!!!

Please follow the instructions in the link and use the contact email address given there. If you leave a message tonight, it will be picked up at opening of business. A member of customer support will contact you and resolve your problem.

Sincerest apologies that you’ve had issues accessing the premium tutorials after making payment. There must have been some sort of technical glitch.
