Hi paid a monthly subscription at the weekend as wanted to make a cake for a friends birthday on tuesday and it now wednesday and still cant access them any idea when i will be able to access them as quite disappointed as you can imagine

If you’re having problems accessing any of the tutorials contact [email protected] and let him know which tutorial it is. The site has been upgraded and it has caused a few problems, these are being dealt with, so please, do contact Andy for a swift reply.

Its all of them its like i dont have a monthly subscription so thanks will do that.

I’ve just had a look through our records and it looks like you have two accounts with us and the one which has your subscription attached to it is the other account – lynnstephen – do you have the login details for this account? We can reset the password on that account for you if you’d like? All you’d need to do is get back in touch with andy – [email protected] – and he’ll get it sorted for you.
