I visited Cake International at the NEC on Sunday 8.11.15. I was watching the last session of the day in the Chocolate Experience when Paul was demonstrating his chocolate waterfall wedding cake, but had to leave before he finished to catch my train. I would like to see the recipe and instructions, video if there is one, and a photo of the finished item. Can anyone help?

Paul did demonstrate his white chocolate wrap cake at the show in the demonstration theatre. Is that the one perhaps you are thinking of? I didn’t stay for the last session, I’m just making the assumption that he demostrated the same as seen in the following link:

Thank you for your help – I think it may have been the 3 peak chocolate wrap as he had 3 tall, thin cakes of varying heights on the counter top in readiness. : ) I have found a picture of a white chocolate waterfall cake which could be the one, however at the show he was working with brown chocolate.
