Piping using a 0 or 00 tube
Without using the very expensive Bridal Icing, what is the best icing sugar to use? I use Silver Spoon at the moment and I find that it quite often clogs even a #1 tube even after double sifting through a very fine sieve.

I use Tate and Lyle and have no problems with it. You may be getting a few dried bits of icing if the air has got to it while storing. I always re beat Royal icing if it has been sitting.
