Pre-mix cakes v fresh ingredients
Hi,
I was wondering how many people out there are using pre-mix cake mixes instead of baking from scratch with fresh ingredients? Is this quite common practice & more cost effective commerically please?
If so can anyone recommend any?

There’s nothing wrong with using pre mixes, some of them are very good indeed and extremely time saving.
