Hi,
Just after members opinions on Lakeland pushpans, I’ve been looking at them for a while and they are currently on offer so considering buying some. Are they good for baking sponge cakes? The website says you do not need to line or grease them, I’m guessing you would need to use cake release though? I would be grateful if anyone can advise me, thanks.

I have bought several pans from Lakeland and have had no problems with using them
