Removing black fondant smudges from white fondant

Hi, I am adding some black fondant flowers to the bottom tier of a cake covered in white fondant. I worried I’ll end up with black smudges and was wondering should this happen if anyone knows how I could remove them without ruining the white fondant? Thanks for any advice 🙂

Hi clan

Use a paint brush moistened with vodka and gently remove smudges. Use light short strokes so not to spread the black colour. x
